Hi guys, Joanne and I feel like we are under some pretty intense spiritual warfare right now. Please keep us in your prayers. Our van konked out on us last night at 1:30 in the morning. It 's basically a right-off, because the cost to repair exceeds the value of the vehicle. Please pray that we might have wisdom and guidance as Joanne and I are in the midst of selling our home.

Thanks in advance and God Bless!

Greetings everyone,

Just to give you a quick update. Tony and I met with His Grace Archbishop Marcel Gervais this morning for about 45 minutes. I want to thank all those involved in prayer cover. It was a wonderful empowerment. Please pray that the Archbishop comes on board.

I flew in from Toronto on Conference business this morning. That trip was also very fruitful and remarkable. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

Keep praying.
Our Lady's hobbits are assembling. The time is approaching.
Under Our Lady's Mantle, John

“My House shall be called a house of prayer” – Contribution to the Church in Zambia

You are again invited to contribute generously to this project so that we can finish what we started together last year, 2004. I regret to say that this year I have difficulties to find a parish that can help us with the income tax receipts. I promise to continue to look into this issue so that an understanding parish can be seen. I would like to echo the words of St. Paul: Nothing can separate me from the love of God… “Lack of income tax receipt should not prevent me from contributing generously”. This year we need $3,500 dollars for the following: $1,000 for 40 iron sheets, $100 for 8 riggings, $2000 for the benches for 6 Churches and $400 for cement. The cheque should be to "St. Maurice Parish" and the Memo should read: "Zambia Mission Project". All donations will be used for the intended project and will be accounted for. Be assured of our prayers. God bless you all.

Canada Post has issued postage stamps depicting "The Nativity" this Christmas. We encourage you to ask for them when you purchase stamps this Christmas Season. And, please ask for the "Nativity Scene" as there is also a stamp with a "Snowman" on it. If we fail to do it this year they will tell us next year that there was not enough demand for them to issue these stamps again.

A thank you to Canada Post for issuing these stamps would be a good thing as well.

P.S. There are three different stamps with The Nativity, one each for Canada, the USA and International. The pictures of exquisitely crafted crèches are from the collection at St. Joseph's Oratory in Montreal.

Attention Children of God!,

I hope that you will join me in praying this Rosary for Canada. Whether you were born here, or have 'adopted' Canada as your homeland, it is still your Country. I am sure that not one of you would open our door willingly, to a thief, and give consent for him/her to take what belonged to you. Why then are we 'standing by' while 'the thief that comes to kill, to steal and to destroy' is taking away everything that we hold sacred?

Jesus won His Battle over satan by using the Power of the Word. Many a victory has been won by using the Power of the Rosary. Together, they make an 'awesome weapon'!

The fight is on! It is time to do Battle! Let us get behind our Commander-in-Chief, Jesus*, and with the Word of God and the Rosary of Our Lady, let us win Canada back from the hands of the enemy**.

Our Lady made the following promise to St. Dominic: “One day through the Rosary and Scapular I will save the World.” Let us take her at her word, and do all that we can to help her to save the Nation of Canada.

Praying the Rosary for Canada
Using the 'Execution of the Word of God'*

(This Rosary, based on Spiritual Warfare prayers, may be used as we pray against the current evils in our land and for the election of God-fearing men & women to lead our Nation)

The Glorious Mysteries were chosen because they are the Victorious Mysteries.

All you Peoples sing out your joy to the Lord, Alleulia! Alleulia!

The Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary:

Dear Mother Mary, we invite you to join us in intercession as we recite this Rosary.

Begin the Rosary by saying:

The Apostles Creed
The Our Father (once)
The Hail Mary (three times)
1Glory Be to the Father

Each decade is comprised of:
1 Our Father
10 Hail Marys
1 Glory Be to the Father, followed by the prayer:
“O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, and help especially those most in need of Thy mercy.”

Prayer before the 1st decade:

**“For our struggle is not with flesh and blood, but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens”. Ep. 6:12. And so we pray, in the name of Jesus: “Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered. “Let those who hate Him, flee before Him. As smoke disperses they disperse; as wax melts before the fire, so the wicked perish as God approaches". Ps.68:1

Recite the 1st Glorious Mystery - The Resurrection

After the decade, recite:

"They will fight against you, but not prevail over you, for I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord.” Jer.1:19

Prayer before the 2nd decade:

“The Nations are in uproar, in panic those who live at the ends of the world….”.
Ps. 65:8. And so we pray, in the name of Jesus: “Help us in this hour of crisis. The help that man can give us is worthless. With God among us we shall fight (spiritual warfare) like heroes. He will trample on our enemies.” Ps 108:12

Recite the 2nd Glorious Mystery - The Ascension of Our Lord

After the decade, recite:

“Lord, let your servants see what you can do for them, let their children see your glory”. Ps. 90:16

Prayer before the 3rd decade:

“My advice is that, first of all there should be prayers offered for everyone - petitions, intercessions, thanksgiving - especially for Kings and others in authority, so that we may be able to live religious and reverent lives in peace and quiet.” 1Tim.2: 1-2.
“When virtuous men are in power, the people are joyful, when the wicked rule, the people groan.”
Prov.29: 2. And so we pray, in the name of Jesus: “Let all the Politicians who are not in accordance with God’s Word, be removed from power. “Let their encampments become desolate, and may no one dwell in them. May others, (better ones), take their office. Acts1: 1:20

Recite the 3rd Glorious Mystery - The Descent of the Holy Spirit

After the decade, recite:

“So let us rejoice in him, who rules forever by his power: his eyes keep watch on the nations, let no rebel raise his head!” Ps.66:7

Prayer before the 4th decade:

“Though an army pitched camp against me, my heart does not fear; Though war be waged against me, even then do I trust.” (Ps. 27:3). “ Come and see the works of the Lord, who has done fearsome deeds on earth: Who stops wars to the ends of the earth, breaks the bow, splinters the spear, and burns the shields with fire, Who says: “Be still and confess that I am God! I am exalted among the Nations, exalted on the earth." Ps.46:9. And so we pray, in the name of Jesus: “Let the gods that did not make heaven and earth perish from the earth and from beneath these heavens. Jer.10:11

Recite the 4th Glorious Mystery - The Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven

After the decade, recite:

“Rise God, dispense justice throughout the world, since no Nation is excluded from your ownership.” Ps. 82:8

Prayer before the 5th decade:

God is our shelter, our strength, ever ready to help in time of trouble so we shall not be afraid … Yahweh Sabaoth is on our side. Ps46:1&3. And so we pray, in the name of Jesus: "Come, let us go to the mountain of Yahweh… that He may teach us His ways so that we may walk in His paths… He will wield authority over the Nations and adjudicate between many Peoples; these will hammer their swords into plowshares, their spears into sickles. Nation will not lift sword against Nation, there will be no more training for war". Is.2 3&4:

Recite the 5th Glorious Mystery - The Coronation of the Blessed Virgin as Queen of Heaven & Earth

After the decade, recite:

“Praise the Lord, all you Nations! Give glory, all you peoples! The Lord's love for us is strong; the Lord is faithful forever. Hallelujah! Ps. 117

Our God is an awesome God!

“Let us be confident, then, in approaching the throne of grace, that we shall have mercy from Him and find grace when we are in need of help.” Heb.4:16.

Glorify the Lord, Canada…offer praise to your God who has blessed your children within you … and brought peace to your borders…Ps. 147. 12 – 14.

This Rosary was inspired by an email from Father Ian Taylor of Trinidad. In it he offers this explanation: 'Execution of the Word of God', is using relevant Scriptures, proclaiming them boldly in faith, aloud, and expecting God to bring his own Word to pass. This Word is to be directed towards the forces of darkness that promote war and hostilities, that is, the principalities and powers in heavenly places. Ep.6:12. Father Taylor suggests that we keep repeating the Word over and over, till we firmly believe it, till all of heaven, earth and hell hear it, and God shall act to fulfill it, for it is His own Word.

*Let us not forget that “If anyone should sin, we have, in the presence of the Father, Jesus Christ, an Intercessor Who is Just. He is an offering for our sins, and not for our sins only, but for those of the whole World. – 1John 2:1-2.

I have found that when I pray, I sometimes have to pray for a very long time before I receive an answer. However, when I praise God in advance for what I ask, the answer is received ‘in no time flat’, as we say in my home country.

So let us praise God for:
The blessings He has bestowed upon the Nation of Canada and the inhabitants.
Let us praise Him because He alone can see ‘around the corner’.
Let us praise Him because He knows best, and He has us all in the Palm of His Hands.
Let us praise Him, because NOTHING can happen if He does not allow it.
Let us praise Him, because if He brings us to it (the situation), He will bring us through it, if we trust in Him.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

All you Nations sing out your joy to the Lord, Alleulia! Alleulia!

P.S. This ‘Rosary’ may be used for private prayer only.
