JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON

From: John Pacheco

Subject: Christmas Greetings

Greetings everyone,

I want to personally wish everyone a holy and glorious Christmas.  Needless to say that we are living in both perilous but exhilarating times where God is pruning the Church to make it great again.  Faithful Catholics who take up the challenge can be the foundation of something great and momentous in Church history.  We can begin to build up the Church again.  Everyone has a part to play.  From prayer to action, we need all hands on deck to work for the Kingdom.  God has something great planned for us.  We need only have hope to ensure its success.  From cultural sterility and death, God is raising up the Church again.

Let's make this Christmas a celebration of not only the Word made Flesh, but also the rebirth of the Church militant.

Bring it on. Peace of Jesus Christ + John Pacheco   catholic-legate.com

Hi Jim,

Could you post this on VM?

From Michel and Jeanette MacDonald.

We would like to thank all those who have been praying for us.  Michel successfully defended his licentiate thesis on December 9.  The licentiate in sacred theology allows him to teach in a Catholic seminary.  He will be teaching two courses in moral theology to the Companions of the Cross, this semester, as well as an evening course at the Dominican college.  Please continue to keep our family in your prayers as Michel pursues his doctoral studies.  Have a blessed Christmas.

Thanks Jim. ... Michel

Hey Everybody!

Well, I'm finally off the road for 2004.  It's been a good year but I am glad to be home.  Now that I have some time, I wanted to use some of it to wish you all a VERY BLESSED Christmas.

I'd like to remind you that we are now able to take your product orders on your VISA or MASTERCARD.  You are just in time to get that unsaved friend or family member "just the right thing" to laugh them into the Kingdom!

Remember, also, our "Spirit and the Word Conference" in February.  This

special time with the Lord will be held in Atlanta and the dates are the 25th, 26th and 27th.   Susan and I believe we have received divine direction for this conference specifically.  Make plans NOW to attend.  You will not want to miss this life changing event!  Details can be found on the web site.

Once again, may you and yours experience all of God's best this Holy season. Susan sends her best.  Thank you for your love, your prayers and your support.

Grace and Peace,  Mike Warnke

Do you know about Zenit's annual subscription campaign?

From: ZENIT

Dear Friend:  Many people would love to receive a subscription to ZENIT this Christmas or New Year's.  We have a few suggestions. And they might help you to win a trip to Jerusalem!

To A Keeper,

One day someone's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the

warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't any more. No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute." Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away. Never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it . . . its best we love it . . . and care for it. And fix it when it's broken... and heal it when it's sick. This is true for marriage... and old cars... and children with bad report cards and dogs with bad hips and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a classmate we grew up with. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special . . . and so, we

Keep them close! … You're a Keeper!

Once again I encourage you to go to VM Lighterside {up above} for a couple of very nice Christmas Blessings!

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night
