Sugar Cookies - Sprinkled with colored sugar ($4.00) or iced ($5.00).

Shortbread - melt in your mouth whipped shortbread topped with half a maraschino cherry. ($4.00)

Caramel Pecan Cookies - Caramel cookie with a sweet caramel-pecan glaze. ($4.00)

Fig Cookies - Smooth fig filling sandwiched between two butterscotch cookies. ($4.00)

Date Cookie - Delicious date filling sandwiched between two butterscotch cookies. ($4.00)

Candy-cane Snowballs - A shortbread ball-shaped cookie with a candy-cane icing surprise in the centre. ($5.00)

Peanut Butter Surprise - A chocolate cookie with a peanut butter centre. ($5.00)

Oreo Cookies - Cream cheese icing fills this chocolate cookie sandwich. ($4.00)

Danish Puff - My Mother's specialty. A four-layer bar: pastry, choux pastry, cream cheese frosting, and slivered almonds. Great for those who enjoy texture as well as flavor. ($6.00)

Marshmallow Roll (sliced) - A kid's favorite. Colorful marshmallows rolled in sticky chocolate dough and then rolled in your choice of coconut or crushed walnuts. ($5.00)

Amaretto Balls - Chocolate cookie crumbs, crushed pecans, and almond liqueur - absolutely delicious. ($7.00)

Rum Balls - An old time Christmas favorite. ($5.00)

White Chocolate Pretzels - Snack time favorite dipped in white Belgium chocolate. ($5.00 per Ziploc sandwich bag full)

Turtles - Made with fresh homemade caramel, toasted pecans and Belgium chocolate. ($5.00)

Poppycock - Chewy caramel popcorn. ($5.00 for large Ziploc bag full ; pecans added for additional charge of $1.00.)

Truffles - Choose from 1. Grasshopper (Chocolate with Crème de Menthe and Crème de Cacao); 2. Kahlua; 3. Hazelnut; 4. Rum and Raisin; 5. Almond; 6. Cookies and Cream. ($10.00 or 6 for $6.00)

Divinity Fudge - These are smooth, white, and they melt in your mouth. Low in fat. (Pecans or walnuts added for $1.00 extra.) ($4.00)

Coffee Fudge - Divinity fudge made with coffee and coffee liqueur complimented with chunks of chocolate wafers. ($4.00)

Specialty Desserts

Chocolate Mousse Stuffed Crepes - Served with a hard caramel sauce and sliced almonds. ($20.00 for twenty crepes. Suggested serving size is two crepes per guest.)

Crepe Suzette - Orange cream cheese filled crepes served with an orange sauce. ($18.00 for twenty crepes.)

Chocolate Mousse Cake - Rich mousse, surrounded in lady fingers, served with your choice of either hard caramel sauce or raspberry sauce. ($20.00)

Ice Cream Cakes - Made with a chocolate or vanilla wafer crust and two litres of your favourite flavour. (prices vary on the price of the ice cream needed starting at $18.00)

Fancy Chocolate Cake - Impressive in both look and taste. Decorated with strawberries and chocolate swirls. ($35.00)

Grasshopper Pie - Chocolate cookie crust with a creamy, minty filling. ($15.00)

Individual Candy Tray - give the gift of candy this Christmas. Total of two dozen candies in a decorative container. (Varied cost depending on candies chosen $8.00 - $20.00)

Cookie and Bar Tray - five dozen assorted cookies and bars arranged on a ready to serve tray. ($30.00)

Pick-ups only. Located in Kanata.

Items will be packaged in Cling Wrap and/or Ziploc Bags. If fancier packaging is desired an extra fee will be added to the overall price.

Nuts are used in many recipes. I cannot guarantee nut-free baking for those with allergies.
