Hello

her own home. They are looking for someone responsible that would be
interested in moving in to help care for “MOM”! Do you know anybody
interested? If so have them email us at momscare@virtualministry.ca

Admits to Using "Catholic" Dissident Groups to Further its
Population Agenda
Attached is some of the sickest Devil propaganda that I have seen.
Anyone and everyone who believes had better be on their knees after
reading this and they had better stand true to their Lord and their
faith.... Am I just too naïve to believe that anyone would do
something such as this and that we have Catholics so stuck on their own
agenda that they would be sucked into this? But then there is
Kerry...
UNFPA Admits to Using
"Catholic" Dissident Groups to Further its Population Agenda
NEW YORK, June 4, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - click
here
The UNFPA strategy follows plans developed many years ago by
International Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger. Sanger
realized that one of the most effective methods of manipulating
religious people to betray their moral principles was to recruit and
train religious leaders to influence their denominations to accept
depopulation producing practices such as explicit sex-ed, contraception
and abortion.
Read revealing LifeSiteNews document on the massive, worldwide influence
of Planned Parenthood and other racist eugenics and population control
leaders.

This is to give you an update
on the condition of my father (Robert). He has been
in the intensive care unit since having heart by-pass surgery
on May 10. His recovery process has been significantly
delayed because of damage caused by a heart attack he suffered
several hours before the surgery.
On June 5 my father had
tracheotomy surgery, which involved making a small incision in the
neck. This has allowed the ventilation tube to be
removed from his mouth. The breathing support is now
provided through the neck. This setup is more comfortable for my
father and it is hoped that this will help him make greater progress in
being able to breath on his own. As well, it is hoped that he will
be able to gradually resume speaking in the next week or so.
My father continues to
receive dialysis for his kidneys.
A doctor at the
hospital has told us that there remains hope for recovery but the
process will be slow, as my father's condition remains frail
and he is not out of danger. It is expected that the
recovery process will likely require my father to remain in the hospital
for a couple of more months.
My family appreciates
the prayers and thoughts being offered for my father.

YOU KNOW THAT OUR BUDDY BILL GEERTS IS IN ROMANIA?
From:
Bill Geerts
I'm
in Romania at the moment on a world vision trip helping to build a camp
for evangelizing the poor. There were 8 of us and the work was all
laying block and some production of concrete beams and headers in
preparation for the second floor, next stage. It was quite the
adventure in seeing a different culture... Much to tell when I
return and we have amalgamated over 600 pictures of the trip...
all digital.
Be
in touch soon ... Cheers! Bill
Folks...
Please keep Bill and the rest of the mission team in your prayers

Subject: Quebec Athlete-of-the-Year Seeks Olympic Funding
I realize this is
pretty bold, even for me...
Imagine the training
required to qualify for the Olympics - now factor in the additional
stress of raising the cash to get there - it's a pretty daunting task,
but that's exactly what athletes like Ryan Tomicic [my neighbour’s
son] must do to represent Canada at the Olympics.
I have organized a fundraising breakfast on June 18th and I would
sincerely appreciate it if you could purchase a ticket. I would also,
appreciate it if you would forward this email to as many of your friends
as possible with a personal note inviting them to do the same.
Buying a ticket is as easy as calling 771-7755 and asking for Laurinda.
I realize this is pretty bold, even for me, but Ryan is a great kid and
deserves all the help we can give him. You can learn more about Ryan at www.ryantomicic.ca
Thanks ... David Perry

Re: Election Media
Here
is an excellent guide to voting from a Catholic perspective. It is from
an American website, but deals with the same issues as us.
One
caveat is: in Canada we have the option of declining our ballots. In the
case where there is no acceptable person to vote for, this is a
legitimate and useful protest vote. (when handed your ballot, just say
"I decline my ballot because there is no pro-life candidate"
They will record
your
protest and show it to the candidates)

Hi
everyone,
I
think that Aidan is right on with everything he has said about the
election. With regards to voting, rejecting your ballot is not the
only option when confronted with an array of anti-life candidates.
A few years ago, the Office of Life and Family of the Archdiocese of
Vancouver published a voter's guide (It is attached)
Rejecting
your ballot is a good idea in principle, but its efficacy in practice
relies on a number of assumptions. It will only be effective if
four conditions are met:
1)
IF the reason for your objection is properly reported to officials at
Elections Canada headquarters
2)
IF that information is then summarized by those officials into
intelligible reports in which there is a sufficient degree of
disaggregation of the reasons why people rejected their ballots (in
practice, the least common objections will get lumped into the
"other reasons" category)
3)
IF the political parties then take the time to review these reports and
examine the reasons why people rejected their ballots
4)
IF the parties then act upon this information by running a pro-life
candidate in that riding in the next election in 4 years.
Even
if all these conditions are met, the voter that rejected his ballot
still has no influence over the result of the current election.
Everybody else decides for you. That's probably why the
Archdiocese of Vancouver recommends voting for the least of all evils.
For
information on the candidates positions on life and family issues,
please check out this site (it will be updating regularly as more
information becomes available): http://www.1millioncanadians.com/voterguide.htm
Keep
in mind that all NDP candidates are required to endorse the party's
positions in favour of abortion, same-sex marriage and assisted-suicide.
So you can reject their candidates right off the bat.
God
bless!
