For the benefit of those of you who do not know about Mike, Pauline,
& their babies:

A brief history of their family is that last year, in July, after
a long labour, Pauline delivered little baby Sarah. She was stillborn.
A few months later, Pauline was pregnant again. Another girl - Meagan.
They found out early on that Meagan had hydrocephalus (water on the
brain) and spina bifida.
