Sorry about last week's message. Thank you Brian Sime {where were you
Steve Berube?} for informing that there was nothing there. I had created
the page but in doing so i hit virtualministy135 .... missed the "r" so
when you went to look for it you saw nothing!
Remember Baz - especially this Wednesday June 5th. Operation day. As we
pray for Baz, let us remember to be thankful that our good friends the
Lobos are Ok from their accident! Lord, God keep dispatching those GREAT
BIG GUARDIAN ANGELS!
You wont be seeing much of one of our Sisters this weekend. she is staying
home and doing much much much studying. She is studying for a competition
for a better job. We pray that HIS will be done, and ask that you also
lift her up. Our Heavenly Father knows her and doesnt need you to say her
name!

Gloria Winn Dear All,
When life begins is being debated now in
the House of Commons. You might want to exercise your democratic right and
send off the following letter or something like this one to your MP as
soon as possible. (no stamp required!)

Dear???
The current definition of "human being" in
Section 223(1) of our Criminal Code is as follows "A child becomes a human
being when it has completely proceeded in a living state, from the body of
its mother whether or not (a)it has breathed, (b) it has independent
circulation or (c) the navel string is severed."
I believe the
Canadian Criminal Code's definition of human being needs to be changed to
extend protection to an unborn child at the point of
conception.
Please advise me when you have introduced this change
in the Canadian Criminal Code.
Sincerely yours, Your name and
address

I dont ever remember so much activity about
viruses! We are all trying to be responsible, and we are all trying to
warn friends of potential viruses that we think that we have. Although,
not 100%, most of the warnings end up being hoaxes.
We @ virtual
ministry have given many "sites of the week" as a good place to find out
BEFORE warning everybody about a virus... You know what happens you think
you have one - you tell your world - 10 of your contacts tell you it's a
hoax and then you send to everybody apologizing. Check the info first. Ask
one of your more technical friends about their favourite site for finding
out before warning.
One of those sites of the week has been: http://www.talentlab.com/ and they
report that Klez makes it to #1 as a virus. They have a very interesting
article in their weekly jobreport, and the article is from: http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,52765,00.html

Subject:Petition against closure for CHEO cardiac unit
Hi All,
As you know some of the people we pay to sit on the Hill have decided to
move CHEO's Cardiac Care Unit to Toronto.
For those of us that have
or have had to use CHEO in the past know how important it is to sustain
the level of care in our hospitals. By centralizing the Cardiac care unit
to Toronto our government has indicated that saving money is more
important than saving the lives of our children and grandchildren.
Having had a neighbour go through a heart operation at Cheo I have seen
the stress it causes a family. Having to go to Toronto would only add to
that stress. Please visit this web sight and sign the petition. Do Not
Let This Move Take Place...... Please forward this on to as many
people you can. Thanks. http://www.strata.ca/hearts/petition.html

You will find the information about golf day in this weekends bulletin.
Remember that this fun event isnt open only to golfers. You golfers are
allowed to bring your date to the pool party afterwards. Also open to
other parishioners that want to join us ... as long as they pre-register
with Anne Egan or myself before hand - so that we can ensure the caterer
has the right numbers. June 15th - golf starts at 1:00 then barbecue
and swimming at the Egan's. Once again we will be golfing at Riverbend.
